Exploring Pramuka - Putri Island in Thousand Island

It's always a good idea to explore Thousand Island or known Pulau Seribu in Bahasa. Thousand island located in the Bay of Jakarta in the Java Sea. Most of these are inhabited and can be reach in about 1 - 2 hours from Marina Ancol by ferry or speedboat. The surrounding reefs are home to a wide variety of fishes, making Pulau Seribu an ideal spot for diving, snorkeling and fishing.

Putri Island in Thousand Island

I've been here before, but it's my first time been in Pramuka and Putri Island. Feel so grateful to be here, again and again.

Why?

because y'all should know that Jakarta has so many wonderful places to visit!

We stayed in Pramuka Island for 2 days. We stayed in, hmm I don't know what we called it, but it's like a official residence.

on our first day, we strolling around Pramuka, we catching sunset and meet the local people.

Never getting bored to play on the foreshore or just eat ice cream and talk each other.

The next day, we decide to visit Putri Island.

My friend told me that Putri Island is a perfect place to diving and snorkeling. You can see a crystal clear tide pool.

I didn't believe her 'til I see it by myself.

Putri Island can be reach by speedboat from Pramuka and it takes 15 - 20 minutes

I never thought that Jakarta really really has crystal clear tide pool like this. Can you see from our picture? definitely yes! #proudcitizens

Don't worry if you didn't have snorkeling or diving equipment. You can rent all you need there, there only 50.000 rupiah for snorkeling equipment and 400.000 rupiah for diving.

Putri Island Resort

Putri Island has become the pioneer resort in Thousand Island, Indonesia. It was further developed by the Putri Island Management by adding new facilities, such as: Tunnel Aquarium, Swimming Pool, Display Aquarium, Terrarium, Tennis Court, Glass Bottom Boat, Sunset Cruise, etc.

I didn't know what is the function of this. I can't see anything, I can't see fish or anything else.

Can you tell me where's the fish? Where's patrict? Where's squidward?

Unfortunately, Putri Island is a private beach. So... if you want to be here, you should pay around 1 - 2 million rupiah (if you want to stay)
